Chemmeen Varuval. Iral Porichadhu. Shrimps Fry with Indian touch of spices.
Ingredients:
Shrimps 1/4 kilo
Salt
Turmeric 1/4 spoon
Chili powder 1 spoon
Tamarind paste 1/2 spoon
Oil for shallow frying.
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together, except oil. Marinate them for couple of hours.
Fry them till crisp, in hot oil.
Serve warm to go with your meals, enjoy:)
