Cooked long grain rice 2 cups
Shrimps 1 cup
Tofu – firm, cubed 1 cup
Eggs 2-3 scrambled
White pepper powder 1 teaspoon
Marinate tofu and shrimps separately in soy sauce for 20 minutes, and stir-fry them till crisp (each separately) and set aside.
In a wide wk, heat oil and add cooked rice, further add pepper powder, soy sauce and hot sauce. Stir-fry over high heat, until the rice turns to reddish brown.
Now, stir-in shrimps, tofu, scrambled eggs and green onions to it. Stir-fry over high heat briefly and remove from heat.
Serve warm as a main course.
