Vengaya Pachadi – Biriyani Pachadi



Purple Onion Pachadi:

Spanish Onion Pachadi.

Ingredients:

Large purple onions 1-2
Green chilies 2
Lemon juice 1 spoon
Salt
Yogurts 2 cups.

Method:

Peel the skin and thinly slice onions. Crumble them to fine threads. Add salt and lemon juice. Set aside for a while.

Now add sliced chilies and yogurts to it, mix well.

Serve chilled to go with spicy biriyani.
