I am not here to talk about how much health benefits this simple juice could contribute to you. The concept of promoting every known fruit and vegetable is overdone on a million other food blogs everyday. So, making it as my another story is pointless. Well, if you are still looking for more information, Wikipedia is always there.

Ingredients & Method

Nothing much, you will need one or two ripe pomegranate fruits, little bit of sugar and some crushed ice. As you might have already figured…you will have to seed the fruit and throw the skin! Then blend and puree it, filter the same and add enough sugar. And serve up well chilled. If its a sunny day, I bet you want more. :)
