Masala Lassi – Love it

Carolina Cooking385If anyone asks me to recollect every single sweet moment of my life and list it in ascending order (intensity of happiness)??? Well…I admit, its pretty hard to describe! However, I have an easy way to recall such cherished moments by comparing them with my favorite foods. :) Oh yeah, only recently I discovered that trick. As I was flipping through my old photo-journal (yeah yeah, food photos…of course, what else) and discovered that I could just pin-point every stupid, sorry-sorry, sweet times of my days on earth. :) Isn’t that exciting? And, am really amazed at the skill for a moment, “Gosh, I must have a ton of memory power”! If you are taken by surprise…grrrr, please wind down the interest a little. Oh yes, recording history can  be done a lot simple my marking it with our most deep-rooted animal brain. By equaling each incident with specific aroma, color, feel or taste. Yep, it works wonders. :) Well, that’s how I figured all those unwanted data of my walk through the memory lane. As, each food kept unfolding those day’s most unforgettable event. Now, something to brag about, hehe. :)
