Cucumber Relish:Ingredients: Cucumber 1 peeled, cored & finely chopped White onion 1 small finely chopped Green peppers/red peppers 1 fienly chopped Salt Turmeric 1 pich(optional) Sugar 1 pinch Toasted mustard seeds/celery seeds 1/4 spoon.
