Celery Omlette:

Health Cooking ha ha:)

Ingedients:

Anything that is green!
Eggs 3
Celery 1-2 finely chopped
Cilantro leaves
Jalapenos 1 deseed
Tomato chopped few(optional)
Salt
Ginger
Oil few spoons.

Method:

Grind jalapenos, ginger and cilantro leaves. To this add salt, chopped celery, tomato and egg whites/whole eggs.

Make a thin/thick omlette.

Best for breakfast!
