Corn Salad – Relish the Nature!

Also Known As: Corn Relish. Corn Chaat. Macca Cholam Salad.

Ingredients:
- Corn kernels 2 cups
- Green chili 1, chopped
- Red onion 1, chopped
- Tomato 1, chopped
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Cilantro leaves
- Olive oil 1 spoon
Method:
- Cook corn kernels in a steamer briefly.
- Toss all the other ingredients together.
- Now mix cooked corn, cilantro, chili peppers, salt, lemon juice and olive oil together.
- Let this set-up sit for 1 hour in the fridge.
- Serve up cold or at room temperature as you please.
