Corn Salad – Relish the Nature!

Also Known As: Corn Relish. Corn Chaat. Macca Cholam Salad.
Ingredients:

  • Corn kernels 2 cups
  • Green chili 1, chopped
  • Red onion 1, chopped
  • Tomato 1, chopped
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Cilantro leaves
  • Olive oil 1 spoon

Method:

  1. Cook corn kernels in a steamer briefly.
  2. Toss all the other ingredients together.
  3. Now mix cooked corn, cilantro, chili peppers, salt, lemon juice and olive oil together.
  4. Let this set-up sit for 1 hour in the fridge.
  5. Serve up cold or at room temperature as you please.
