Fried Ginger Chicken:
Ingredients:
Chicken Leg pieces 2-4(bone-in and skin-on)
Ginger 2″ size grated
Salt
Peppercorns 2 spoons(hand pounded coarsely and not toasted b’4 that)
Chili powder 1/2 spoon
Cloves powder 1/4 spoon
Cinnamon powder 1/4 spoon
Egg whites 1
Oil for deep frying.
Method:
Wash and clean chicken.
Mix all th eother ingredients together except oil and chicken.
Now dip the leg pieces in the above marinade. Set this to stand in fridge for about 2 whole hours.
Deep fry them in oil…till reddish brown and crisp.
Serve warm to go with your…..what to say…..eat them soon after frying!!!
