Boiled eggs 4
Garlic 7 cloves crushed
Curry leaves few
Mustard seeds 1/4 spoon
Pepper powder – freshly ground 1-2 spoon
Oil few spoons.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, garlic and curry leaves. Then add eggs, salt and pepper…fry till aromatic.
Serve warm as a side dish for your lunch or dinner.
