Ingredients
- 1 cup minced meat
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 onion, grated
- few cilantro leaves
- few mint leaves
- oil for shallow frying
Method
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients together (except oil) and let this stand for couple of hours. Then, shallow fry them until golden brown. Serve to go as an appetizer. Enjoy.
