Mango Kulfi – Yummilious!

Mango Kulfi:


Mango 1 large

Cardamom 1-2 – powdered

Sugar as per taste

Evaporated milk 1 can

Pistachios 2-4 crushed.


Peel, de seed and chop the flesh of mangoes. Now mix all the above mentioned ingredients and blend the same.

Pour them into small flannels or pop-sickle molds. Freeze for 2-4 hours.

Serve chilled as dessert.
