Omam Chappathi – Deep Flavor

Tymol Seeds Flavored Flat Bread:


Whole wheat flour 2-3 cups


Tymol seeds 1 spoon

Turmeric 1 pinch

Oil few spoons.


Prepare a dough using all the above mentioned ingredients…add enough water to make a smooth dough.

Divide them into equal parts and roll them into thin flat breads. Toast both the sides until slightly brown.

Serve along with spicy curry or subzi.
