Meen Podimass

Also Known As Fish Podimass. Tuna Fish Podimass.  Meen Poriyal.Wallace 14

Fish podimass is an easy addition to the regular home-style food. It doesn’t calls for specific ingredients nor it demands time. Its healthy and wonderful choice, suits very well with those basic rasam or sambar rice. After a hard day’s work…if I am in no mood for cooking an elaborate cooking, this is the recipe I turn to. If you happen to like stir-fried foods, I am sure this will be just perfect for you to try. I prefer using tuna fish for this dish for variety of reasons, the fillet is firm, completely devoid of pin-bones and comes out in an appealing color! So, frees one from mess and fuss a fish could make. :)
