Ingredients:
Dosa batter – bit sour than usual
Purple onion 1 large
Green chilies 3-4
Roma tomatoes 2
Cilantro leaves few
Salt to taste
Oil few spoons.
Method:
Finely chop the above mentioned vegetables and mix together, add enough salt as well. Set aside.
Make a small pancakes on a hot griddle and top them with above mixture. Cover and cook briefly and remove from heat.
Repeat the same for more uthappams.
Serve warm with chutney and sambhar, it should taste nice:)
