Palak Cutlet / Spinach Cutlet / Pala Keerai Cutlet

Spinach Cutlet:

Spinach 1 cup
Potatoes cooked
Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Onion 1 chopped
Chilies 2 minced
Bread crumbs
Olive oil.


Cook spinach briefly. Mash the potatoes, mix all the ingredients together and shape them in desired way.

Pan fry the cutlets in hot oil.

    Another great one from you…I am bit tired of non-vege cutlets…this one I will try. I am off to Taipei for a week and will be back next sunday..after that I will make this one.
