Yet, another everyday dish that goes with regular South Indian meals. Sometimes, I feel stir-frying veggies is the best method to make vegetables, its easy to fix and tastes just right! Back home in India, we had a great choice…when it comes to various gourds and wild greens. But, when I moved to America, I started to be content with the locally raised squash and winter melons. So, that’s why I become very happy…whenever I spot my native vegetables in the Indian grocery store, here. Well, they are bit pricey, but worth’s it to bring back those fond memories of home. :)

Ingredients:

  • Snake Gourd 1, choppedWallace235
