The best thirst quencher could be a life-saving drink…during hot summer. If you have ever roamed in peak summer, in India (Chennai)…you would probably relate to what I mean. So, juicing everything possible is one good thing to keep yourself hydrated. And, though it sounds bit weird, we tend to add both sugar and salt to our preparations.I have a love for both…hmmm, not at the same glass tho’ ! Anyway…today, I have juiced the most simplest common ingredient from our kitchen – the tomato. Well, as I mentioned earlier…you could either add salt or sugar to this or even both(its up to you). Enjoy.
Ingredients: (Salted Version)
Tomatoes 4
Lemon juice 1 spoon
Salt a pinch
Black salt a pinch
Chat masala powder 1/4 spoon
Cumin seeds roasted and powdered 1-2 spoons
Tomatoes 1-2 sliced.
