Pasta 1 small box – cook as per directions
Ragu – mushroom-garlic white pasta sauce, 1 bottle
Mushrooms 1 box – sliced
Zucchini 1 large, sliced
Red capsicum 1 sliced
Tomato 1 large – wedges
Red onion chopped few spoons
Green olives – 1 small cup – sliced
Olive oil few spoons.
Heat oil in a wide pan, saute mushrooms, zucchini and bell peppers briefly and set aside.
In a wide bowl, bring cooked pasta, sauce, and toss the vegetables and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for couple of hours.
