Fish Amritsari
Named after a city where it originally prepared.
Ingredients
- 1 lb fish
- salt to taste
- 1/4 ginger paste
- 1/4 garlic paste
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 cumin powder
- 1/2 carom powder
- 1 lemon, juice
- Oil for pan-frying
Method
- Mix all the above mentioned ingredients, except fish and oil.
- Now baste it over the cut fish fillets. Leave it aside for couple of hours.
- Heat up a griddle with 1 inch of oil, and fry the fish till crisp and aromatic.
- There you go, you made a wonderful side dish!

Fish Amritsari sounds flavorful, fish fry looks inviting too .
Fish Amirtasari and pictures are very nice. U adored the dish with chippies( U collected in Wilmington beach) is nice.
