Garlicky Soy Paneer – The Soy Sauce Empire

The Mongolian Wars…The Yellow River…Genghis Khan…The Great Wall Of China…Silk Road…Hsuan Tsang…The Huns Invasion…The Ming Dynasty…Chinese Buddhism…McMahon Line….Sino-Indian Relations…

If you are still wondering what’s with my above ‘Statement’ (nonsense)??? I just dozed off reading a History book for my project. The love for The Soy Sauce Empire overrules me even in my sleep!  Well, not exactly…I just crave some Chinese Food, okay. :) Eerrrh, now don’t get smart and argue with me, that…what we are whipping is certainly not a Chinese Food, but Punjabi food gone bad with excessive amount of soy! Boy, you get out of here!! I happen to love this, alright. :) I am glad that, Ashoka the great sent pilgrimage to China to spread Buddhism and in return they introduced us with their magic potion, the soy sauce. :)  So, there you go…my take on ‘Garlicky Soy Paneer’. Every self-respecting Chinese (lactose intolerent) will kill you, if you ever utter this term to them and that’s a different story for another post! :)
