- 1 king crab
- 1 lemon, juice
- 2-4 garlic, minced
- 2″ ginger, grated
- 1 scallion, chopped
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1-2 tsp white pepper
- cumin seeds, powdered
- 1 tsp olive oil
- green onions to garnish
Method
Heat a spoon of oil, add cumin seeds powder, scallion, ginger and garlic…saute for few minutes and add crab, salt, turmeric, pepper and four cups of water to it. Allow this to cook till tender. Finally, add lemon juice and remove from heat. Garnish with green onions. Serve up warm.
