Paal Halwa is one of the ultimate comfort dish, evoking childhood memories. And the recipe is quite simple too, it took me only few minutes to prepare.

Your Paal Halwa is very nice. I enjoyed the Halwa in my mind in physical. Have u any items just like that for diabetic patients just like me? If you givwe such items we can also enjoy. This is not compulsion, just for information.

Hi Dad,
Come on you can still have it a teaspoon or bit more and join me for trekking:) How does that sound?
Well, replace sugar with sweetener, whole milk with fat-free milk. And skip the idea of 1/4 cup ghee, limit yourself with 2 teaspoons…like the way I did!
very yummy n inviting halwa dear…
