Paneer Butter Masala Dosa – The Culinary Saga

If there is one thing, that I think fondly about India is…its about food! That’s because my gray cells are all wired and coded that way! I remember people and associated memories only through food or underlying relationship with food!
I admit it, am a foodie. There you go…I said it! And a self-made compulsive cook!
When I was a lil kid, several eons ago…I made an oath, that I will venture out and explore everything far and beyond…but never-ever open the kitchen door! Years of dorm life and hours of craving for good food has made me curious about this forbidden territory! Coming to think of it, can’t help but giggle…that I actually used my first electric stove for keeping me warm & cozy during winter!!…Rather not a bad idea at all, if you were not given enough choice. But, good that I changed my mind and from there the culinary saga began.
Method
I have a great trust in you all, if you could make the above mentioned ingredients. Then, you won’t need my directions, today.
