- 1 cup – raw peanuts
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 dry red chilies
- 1/4 cup coconut
- tempering spices
- oil and curry leaves
- Soak the peanuts overnight. Then, cook till tender…with enough salt.
- Grind, ginger-chilies and coconut together.
- In a wide wok, heat oil and add the tempering spices to it. Followed by cooked peanuts. Stir-fry for few minutes.
- Now, top it with ground paste and fry over medium heat for few more minutes.
- Serve as a snack or as a side dish to your meals.
