A regular reader (maybe its just me) would have realized by now that I would take occasional breaks from my web log! In the meantime…I also work hard to create a false aura of an exciting life to portray it on Face Book! Only this time, I will have to admit that there is nothing great nor quite fulfilling. No accolades, no achievements, no bungee jumping and no pigs flying! Its very usual routines over here! If you still wanna take a look into my paradise (in case if you are that jobless)…please feel free to leave me an offline message. I will get back to you, to narrate my well-structured schedule and how to run the time! Thus, I bewilder folks around me.
And, coming on to the main story of this blog “The Recipe”…its bit nut job to fix soy milk at home. I should have bought a carton from the stores!! Damn, its way to late…because I overwhelmingly announced bunch of my buddies, that am gonna make it at home! Anyway…
Ingredients & Method
- Soya beans (what else, you had in mind??)
Soak the seeds in water for about 10-12 hours. Then, squish away its outer skin! Now, wet-grind it with enough water to thin paste. Run this over a fine sieve or cheese cloth.
Now, you see a clean milky white liquid. Take this in a kettle and boil it down. Remove the frothy material that floats on top. Reduce heat and boil it down for few more minutes.
Further add vanilla essence, sugar and chill the same. Serve up in a short glass.
