Lime Sorbet: Ingredients: Lime 4Sugar 1/4 cupMint to garnish. Method: Make a sugar syrup. To this syrup squeeze in lime juice. Scrape the lime rind too in it. Freeze them for 2 hours. Blend them quickly just before serving. Garnish with mint leaves and lime slices.
