Cilantro Dosa – Served Simple

For today’s entry…easy recipe it is. Basic dosa with a dash of cilantro, served simple! Most people are busy, between family, career and the endless demands of the day to day chores. Sometimes, a simple recipe could solve the problem of finding time to cook a meal! Looks like, over the time…I have made quite a number of ‘easy to whip’ recipes.   • Dosa batter
  • 3 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 pinch asafoetida
  • 1 tsp coconut, grated
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped
  • oil to spray

Method

  1. Have some sour left over batter?…do not worry, this recipe is quite suitable for it!
  2. Add the above mentioned ingredients to it, mic well.
  3. Heat up a griddle, and make a thin crepe over it. Wait till its done and flip over. Repeat the same for the remaining batter.
  4. Serve warm along with chutney, sambar and curry.

    Colorful dosa.. And u added some extra vitamins too to it in the form of cilantro ;)
