And, they swear — we won’t get tired of trying each one of it…throughout our lifetime! So, what are your waiting for??…Go, get your dose of sweet treat already.
- 1 cup – freshly prepared paneer
- 1 cup – condensed milk (without sugar)
- sugar to taste
- pistachios / almonds to garnish
- few strands of saffron
Bring sugar and condensed milk in a pan. Heat slowly and thicken it up. Then, just crumble the freshly prepared paneer onto it. Let it simmer a little. I like it bit chunky…so, never interrupted the simmering process with a ladle. So, if you like the idea…do the same. Then garnish them with nuts and saffron. Chill and serve them as a dessert. Enjoy.
