Spinach Cutlet: Spinach 1 cupPotatoes cookedGinger-garlic paste 1 teaspoonOnion 1 chopped Chilies 2 mincedCilantro Bread crumbsOlive oil. Method Cook spinach briefly. Mash the potatoes, mix all the ingredients together and shape them in desired way. Pan fry the cutlets in hot oil.
